The Santa Cruz County planning department has revised some of the proposed ordinance changes that are focused primarily on nonconforming structures and uses. The proposed changes are intended to help streamline and ease requirements to improve or rebuild both homes and commercial properties in Santa Cruz County.
The Planning Commission meeting has been scheduled as follows:
