Notice of Public Hearing
This Tuesday’s (2/2/10) Santa Cruz County Board of Supervisors’ meeting will present another opportunity to express public support for a countywide “grandfather” ordinance.
“Grandfathering” would allow legally permitted structures that have become nonconforming from ordinance changes to be rebuilt after a fire or natural disaster.
The Pleasure Point Combining Zone District proposal that will be presented at the meeting now includes a “grandfather” clause as it relates to the plan. The item may be viewed on page 25 of the proposal at:
