The County of Santa Cruz Planning Commission will be holding a public meeting on proposed changes to our Local Coastal Program.
These changes will affect all shoreline properties in the county including both homes with and without shoreline protection. The changes with input from the Coastal Commission will place additional fees, regulations, requirements and road blocks to protecting our homes.
