Location: Adams residence, 500 41st Avenue, Santa Cruz
Current cash balance: $54,974.80.
During discussions it was concluded that it would be best to continue the organization as we have been doing without hiring a staff person. Future membership drives and staff personal would be reconsidered at the time major issues surface.
The following items were unanimously approved:
Board member resignation of Susan Rose as per her e-mail request
Appointment of Richard Berg as Vice President
Appointment of Gene Bernald as Treasurer
CPOA website annual hosting expense of $59.70
CPOA 5 year website domain name renewal of $99.75
Website expense budget of $500
New Ron Powers general consulting/lobbying contract for $5,000 (remaining contract balance is $1,530.50
Although we are not seeking board resignations, any board members wishing to resign may formalize their request by e-mail.
The meeting adjourned at 8:30 PM.
